En su momento grabaste con el móvil de lado y así sale. No se arregla cambiando de formato. Lo único es que alguien que vea edite el video haciendo un gira y recorte, de forma que el encuadre quede correcto. es como cuando tienes un trozo de tela que no es rectangular y lo recortas con tijeras para que quede más o menos cuadrado. Si el video está grabado en resolución alta no te dará problemas de calidad. No se seguro si iMovie en el iPhone permite hacer esta operación. En windows no conozco programas gratuitos que puedan hacerlo.
