Realmente sí. Hay soluciones no oficiales que te lo permiten. OpenCore Patcher es una de ellas, actualicé con ella un MacBook Air de 2015 estos días con éxito.

Hola, Juan. ¡Muchas gracias por tu respuesta! La pena es que no puedo actualizar a MacOs Ventura porque mi Mac es de 2016. Qué pena que los que nos quedamos obsoletos no tengamos esa opción de ninguna de las maneras.
